| Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that luggage storage is free on arrival but will incur a charge of GBP 2 upon departure. If further storage is required following check-out there will be a further GBP 7.50 per day per bag. Storage lockers for small bags are available for GBP 2 per day. Please note that towels are available to rent at the property for an additional fee of GBP 2.50. Please note that all bookings are subject to the signing of the property's terms and conditions via a rental agreement which will be emailed to the guest following their reservation. This property can only accommodate guests aged 18 years and over. Underage guests who book will not be accommodate and will not be refunded. The hostel organises daily events aimed at backpackers between the ages of 18-30 years. Proof of identification must be shown on arrival and can include a passport, driving license, and national identity cards. The property cannot accept paper driving licenses, student or employee IDs as proof of identity. When booking for 12 persons or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. A staff member is available 24 hours a day for emergencies, a number will be provided if you have any issues or you can call the hostel number directly Charity Breakfast - Breakfast will not be available until fully safe to do so, we will have a “special London map” for you to scan, so you can find a delicious feast and other top tips around the city! Common Areas - Kitchen and common areas are all back open! Whooop whoop! (Kitchen and lounges will be shut at midnight and reopening at 8am). Self-Isolation - Guests who wish to self-isolate in the hostel must do so in a private room, guests must not perform the self-isolation period if coming from abroad in shared dorms. Please Note - For the safety of others, anyone exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 will be unable to stay at the hostel. We recommend you return home if traveling domestically, or to use specialist self-isolation accommodation. | |||||||||
