| A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. For bookings of 3 or 4 guests we will automatically prepare the sofa bed. If your booking is for 2 guests and you would like to use the sofa bed then please let us know. We can arrange this for a £35 fee. We need to take a refundable security deposit via Bank Transfer. Details will be sent through after booking. Refunds will take place up to 7 days after checkout. Parties are not allowed. Any additional people entering the property may be charged for at £50 per person per day.
