A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Chesham Court charges a refundable security deposit on arrival. Please note that at check-in, guests are required to submit a security/deposit which is an authorization on the guest's credit card. This authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check-out and after an inventory check-out has been made.
