| A damage deposit of GBP 10 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be aged between 18-40 as this is a youth travelling hostel. A valid government issued ID is required at check-in (passport, driving license, European travel card). Guests who do not have ID are not permitted to stay. A GBP 10 deposit per person will be required upon check-in in case of loss of key card. Check-ins after midnight are subject to a GBP 3 surcharge. Please note that some of the dormitory rooms have triple bunk beds. Payment will be taken in full upon arrival to the property. Once you have checked in, your booking will become non-refundable should guests wish to make any changes during their stay. The Phoenix Hostel operates a 14-day maximum stay policy. After this, a period of 6 months must pass before the guest can book again. This property does not accept group bookings of more than 15 guests. | |||||||||
