Facing the front of the street, the apartment offers an intimate open-space with distinct areas: sleeping area reserved and prepared with a single-bed or double-bed; the living and dining area are fully furnished for a pleasant and homely use. This apartment does not have a room division.

Wooden floor was applied throughout the apartment providing its full soundproofing. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The bathroom blends the use of traditional materials with a contemporary language in order to give answers for the demands of today. Spaces for an efficient storage were created in the entire apartment.

It also offers iron, ironing board (on request, no extra fee charges). At your disposal, you have WiFi throughout the apartment, heating, LED-HD television and a hairdryer.
