Situated on the ground floor, this one bedroom apartment overlooks the private gardens. Inside, a private hallway leads to a spacious living room, also with views over the garden and which features a work-space and a dining table capable of seating six.

There is a separate fully-fitted kitchen, which features a dishwasher and washer/dryer, as well as a breakfast table for two. Next door is the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and enough room for a cot if needed. An extra bed can also be provided, free for under-12s; chargeable for adults.
