You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Breakfast is free of charge for children up until 2 years old (including). Children between 3 and 11 years old (including) receive a 50% discount on breakfast. From 12 years on the breakfast price is equal to that of an adult. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that children can only stay in existing bedding. There is no space for baby cots or extra beds in all room types. The maximum occupancy per room is 2 persons (either 2 adults, or 1 adult and 1 child). Please note that breakfast is not included in the price in certain rate types. In these cases, breakfast has to be booked separately against a charge of EUR 21. Please note that the security deposit is EUR 50 per night if paid with credit card and EUR 100 per night when paid by cash. Payment of the deposit needs to be done upon check-in and the amount will be refunded upon check-out provided that no damages are made. |
